Clovis Karam has a  PhD.in Philosophy of Religions from the Catholic University of Lyon France (1984), and another Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Lyon III France. Currently Dr.C. Karam is a part time lecturer in the Philosophy Department  at California State University at Sacramento (CSUS). According to the Bulletin of the Catholic University of Lyon ( 1982), Dr.C. Karam is one of the few scholars that have demonstrated extensive knowledge and research in the fields of Middle Eastern Mythologies, Philosophies and Religions. Dr. C. Karam is the co-founder of the (IPRC) International Phoenician Research Center, sponsored by (WLCU) World Lebanese Cultural Union, and PARCRC.ORG  the Phoenician Aramaic Research Center. He is also the  founder and director  of ETAPE agency, Elite Tutoring and Au-Pair in Europe (etapegoabroad.org) the leading students exchange agency. Also he is a member of the GETT- Program conducting research in Global Sociology and Cultural Anthropology with El Camino College, CA.
